The building incorporates older architecture and during the day has a nearby tourist office and cafes in the square and is also a poinr where performances take place in the evenings which seem popular. It is adjacent to the temple of Augustus and strangely is close to container ships so the old clashes with the new.

This is an excellent place. We went during a festival and it was great. Surrounded by bars and restaurants added by the extremely friendly people of Pula this is a location not to be missed . Great historical value just one of many locations not to be missed

The Communal Palace is situated at the northern end of the main square in Pula. The spot occupied by the Palace has been used for the public buildings since ancient Rome, when the place was used as a part of the triade of Roman temples, of which today only Temple of Augustus remains. The Town Hall sits next to The... More

Situated very central in Pula, with temple of Augustus on the left side, and with several cafes around the square, this is a "must see" when you are in Pula

Part of the main square of Pula , an interesting building meriting a visit. If you take a coffee and a snack in one of the close by cafes you can sit and appreciate this beautiful square of which this city palace is a part of.

The old Roman forum is still the central square with cafes and restaurants, the Tourist Information Centre and The Town Hall . Along with the Temple of Augustus it's a photographers delight !! The Town Hall stands on the site of the temple of Diana and the present building is of the Renaissance period, though through the centuries it has... More

Walked thru the streets of Pula and came across the town hall. A nice building, but not the only thing to see in Pula.

Not worth stopping in Pula for alone but it is located in a nice square with plenty of places to have a drink and people watch.

When you're strolling around the city you'll come across several ancient buildings and monuments. You'll find them in almost every travel guide, but are they worth mentioning? Nearby you have some great terraces where you can relax and enjoy the neighbourhood and a cool beer.
