Highly recommend this experience. Just perfect. Wish we had done it earlier in the holiday as I would have drank only this wine in the apartment. 5 organic and clean wines we tried. Sometimes up to 8 are available. Trapan all the way.

A group of four of us arranged a wine tasting at Trapan. We were hosted by David who presented us with 5 different wines (2 white, 1 rosé and 2 reds). David was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the history and the process behind each of the bottles. After tasting we went down into the cellar and... More

Bruno went out of his way to show us around - he's a character. The winery was officially closed as it was a public holiday but he agreed to take us for a tasting when Brist Olive Oil called him to see if we could visit. Fantastic, very different wine. A bit expensive compared to other Croatian wine (we paid... More

Stopped here and knocked. At first we felt that we were interrupting but soon David took us into the tasting room, then to the cellar to try wines straight from the barrels. Very nice visit, great winery and very good wines.

We were met by David, the wine maker. He was very friendly and is clearly a wine enthusiast. Very knowledgable and comfortable in English. We sat and tasted the wine with him and got a tour of the cellar. A fantastic experience with a good selection of wines, from easy drinking to more complex. The wine is also a reasonable... More

Trapan is close to Pula and very easy to get to. Bruno is very welcoming and the wines themselves are delicious. It is hard not to take away a few bottles.

Before our visit to Pula, we contacted Trapan to set up a wine tasting, and we are very glad we did so! Trapan's wine tasting room is unique to the area in that not only is it in southern Istria but it also has modern decor. Bruno and David were both very helpful and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. If you're... More
