We were met by David, the wine maker. He was very friendly and is clearly a wine enthusiast. Very knowledgable and comfortable in English. We sat and tasted the wine with him and got a tour of the cellar. A fantastic experience with a good selection of wines, from easy drinking to more complex. The wine is also a reasonable... More

Trapan is close to Pula and very easy to get to. Bruno is very welcoming and the wines themselves are delicious. It is hard not to take away a few bottles.

Before our visit to Pula, we contacted Trapan to set up a wine tasting, and we are very glad we did so! Trapan's wine tasting room is unique to the area in that not only is it in southern Istria but it also has modern decor. Bruno and David were both very helpful and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. If you're... More

We came to Bruno's following our Croatian Wine Trail (recommendation came from Polish Wine Magazine). We were lucky to get there just when they finished Chardonnay harvest and we were invited to join the first step of making new wine. When it comes to the wine itself, we have tried all of their wines and found them very original and... More

When touring through Istria last year, we happened to pass by a street-sign with Katakana - Japanese signs. Would you expect something like this in Šišan? Probably you even do not know where Šišan is ... but that is another story :-) We were lucky to meet the owner Bruno Trapan who showed us the entire wine celler and invited... More

I was lucky to visit Trapan winery once, with a business associate while i was in a business trip to Croatia. Its hard to not get in love at a first sight, once you are there. Beautiful scenery, authentic atmosphere and of course the main reason why we are there: a delicious taste of wine! I would always go for... More

Four of us arrived in the Trapan winery, with previous annoucement, at 9 pm and stayed there for more than four hours in a very good atmosphere. For 100 kuna per person we tried 5 sorts of their wine, had a snack and went down into the wine cellar. Off course we bought couple of bottles. It is very easy... More
