There are lots of reasonably priced boat trips from here. There is a bar/restaurant and an ice cream shop. Plenty of places for a sit down

Buy a gelato from one of the many nearby shops (try Poklisar) and stroll around the boats after dark, a lovely experience. During the daytime there is usually a lot of activity with boats coming and going, except on a couple of windy days when it all stops.

The weather was perfect during our week and the boats and water were sparkling, fish could be seen in the clear waters and the whole impression was inspiring.

I found nothing to dislike. I was there on sunny Saturday and there were lots of people strolling about, enjoying the atmosphere. Lots of boats which looked great against the blue water.Lovely!

The entire harbor area is super clean, wide street in front with restaurants just beside the street without being obtrusive. This is well worth a few hours for a meal or well worth a short stroll, as it is a beautiful area just outside the wall.

You can walk everywhere, down all the alleys that take you to different corners of the old city. The harbour is one of them with some fish restaurants and cafes. The small boats leave from here on their tours. There are some benches so that you can sit and watch the activity with a beautiful backdrop.

We visited the harbour after we had walked through some of the old town. It is very picturesque and quite calming. It was nice to just sit and watch the boats come and go while enjoying the sun. There are a few eating places around the harbour as well as lots of different boat trips/rentals available which all seemed quite... More

Lots of pretty boats, good gelato available, seats in the sun. A nice place to rest and recover after all the walking and stepclimbing!
