My mom and I had read about this place, but didn't really actively look for it, so when we stumbled upon the little gate in the wall, we decided to go for it. The drinks: I can't really vouch for the cocktails as I'm more of a beer girl and I had a coke and mom had an orange juice.... More

I read a lot about the Buza bar (I think they pronounce it Buja) for sunset and it is all true and yes it is hard to find so allow enough time and be prepared to wait until AFTER the sun goes down for the best view. To find it, stay to the right passing the cathedral and keep going... More

This place is hidden behind the city wall and it feels like you are entering a secret place. Dont expect service, and they only sell cold drinks like beer and wine. Still, it's well worth a visit. Nothing like a warm lazy afternoon drinking beer looking over sparkling Adriatic sea.

If you're in the old town during or near sunset it's totally worth heading this way. We lucked out with getting a table during the sunset crowd but it's worth trying. Drinks were average priced for the area. Be aware no food besides some high priced Pringles or pretzels. After the sunset the place tends to clear out, but then... More

Well, maybe not hidden, but it's kinda hard to find with the most modest entrance you've ever seen. Just past the church at the top of the big stairs, you will see a wooden sign that says 'Cold Drinks'. Follow that sign and you will not be disappointed! A hole in the wall takes you a beautifully located bar and... More

After a tiresome and annoying afternoon dealing w/ the crowds off of the cruise ship - all at the cable cars at once no less - my partner and I decided to just stroll up the staircase just past the Jesuit Church. We then followed some signs saying "cold drinks" and more importantly cause I had to go to the... More

This place could be hard to find. Follow the signs for cold drinks. Just sitting and relaxing is an added bonus when traveling with a tough schedule to see everything. It is a great place to go after a long day of exploring Dubrovnik. Watching the cliff jumpers can be a bit scary. Don't miss this place. The only thing... More

If you're wanting to get away from the crowds of Old Town and don't mind paying 25 kuna for a cold drink, seek out the Buza Bar on the city walls (well, actually outside the city walls). You'll pass through the wall and into another world when you climb down the stairs to the terraces seemingly suspended off the rock... More

Without a doubt, this is a wicked place to chill for a few hours. Sunsets and good vibes. We were there at the back of the peak season, still gets packed from 16:00 so squeeze in earlier. There are two cons: 1: obviously it is expensive because of the location - simple drinks selection - beers, wine, sparkling wine etc.... More

This lil " speak easy " place is tricky to find but worth it! Go to the far end church, up the stairs and in an alley u will see signs for "cold drinks, great view". They sell soda, beer, wine, water and Pringles. Find a chair, or rock, on the cliff and chill while watching waves pound on the... More
