We spent a wonderful day exploring Old Town in Dubrovnik. The walls encompass a city of stone structure that wind up and down with beautiful views. Preserved and renovated after the war in early 90's. I like it in winter when there is only few dozens of tourists, even most of the restaurants are closed. Enjoyable for uneventlful holiday. More

It's probably the most beautiful city i've been to. A drawback is that it is so crowded with tourists. There is no authentic local culture inside the walls, it's all tourist shops and businesses. Still, it's a must see. More
