This walk takes you all the way around the city. It is a good way to start a holiday in Dubrownik, because you get a good overall idea of where everything is. It costs 100 kuna pr. Adult and 30 pr. Child or student, so it seems a bit expensive, but it is well worth it. We did the walk... More

The walls encompassing Dubrovnik's old town make for an interesting hike, providing numerous vantage points from where one can take in the city in all its stone-built magnificence. The ocean view is also intriguing where the Adriatic waves crashes into the cliffs beneath the wall. Fans of HBO's Game of Thrones series will also appreciate the odd glimpse of locations... More

The best of Dubrovnik. Unforgettable experience, you can walk around all the city, it's about 2 km, finding the best places to make beautiful pics. Better to go at late afternoon. This attraction is part of Dubrovnik card.

It was pretty warm when we were in dubrovnik (80's) and there was no breeze. It was crowded and the views are great, but it wasn't that enjoyable halway around the ring. you can walk around anywhere near the city and get similar views. It is 100% worth doing the walls, but no need to do the whole loop. Plenty... More

If you only want one thing to do in Dubrovnik, other that eat and drink, you must walk round the city walls. Beware, there are lots of steps and it can be very hot (take some water with you) but the views of the city and the coast are stunning and well worth the effort. It is slightly less busy... More

Great views of the city and surroundings. Give yourself enough time (1 1/2 - 2 hours) and do it while cool if visiting during the summer months. Closes at 7:30 pm then, so allow enough time. Buy a Dubrovnik City pass (1, 3 or 7 days). Well worth it, if you're planning to visit the Rector's Palace, and take a... More

We twice walked all the distance, but after for 4 pm to avoid the heat. Increadible nice views of the old town and the sea surrounding the city. Although you have to pay 100 kuna per person, it is worth the price and be sure to keep your tickets because they check them on the way.

Fantastic views, beautiful. We spent about an hour and a half walking around- would have been longer but there was a storm coming in! Don't bother with the Dubrovnik card- the walls was the only good part!

Loved the fact you could walk all the way round and look down on the beautiful old city. So wonderful to understand how the city was totally protected.
