We went when the walls opened at 8 am and were glad to miss the tours we saw on the walls later. We also watched people walk at sunset, which I think would be amazing. And it would be cooler during the summer months. This was my favorite activity in Dubrovnik. We would have done it the next day but... More

Excellent way to go for a walk - they go completely round the old town and you can leave at any point, look at the shops and then rejoin until you are back where you started.

The walking the walls was one of my favorite moments in Dubrovnik. It gives you a great view of the town and the beautiful landscape around it. We had a perfect sunny day and took so many pictures during our walk. Definitely a must see.

No question. Must be done. Take your time, stroll, climb every staircase. The views of the Old City and the sea are stupendous.

As walls go, this might be one of the best I have seen, mounted and enjoyed. Great views on a sunny day,

Too high, but beautiful ! Perhaps it should have been more information about the connection between Game oof thrones and the old city wall.

My husband made it all the way around but I only managed half way. Spectacular views & there are even a couple of places to stop for refreshment! Recommend highly

This is a must! Stunning views. Very steep in places, loads of steps, gets the heart going! but my, what an experience! Never to be forgotten. Absolutely do not go with heavy bags, very small children & buggies.

A huge amount of steps but well worth the view at the top! A couple of cafes to buy refreshments at. The walk is approx 2km but with all the stopping to take in the view it is a lovely walk - don't forget suncream if it is a warm day.

I don't like heights but I did not feel afraid of falling while walking the walls. There were places to rest along the way and of course the views were stunning! I sure would do it again.
