Actually, in order to be honest I've been in Dubrovnik but I didn't walk through the city walls because it was too expensive. They asked 14€ each and on our opinion this was not worth. Nevertheless Dubrovnik is a visit worth.

This walk on the ramparts of Dubrovnik is sometimes romantic, sometimes dizzying, always impressive. It provides a global view plunging on the medieval streets, the ditches, and the foothills of the city. It opens incredible perspectives as well as amazing views of the Adriatic sea from all sides. Don't forget to have a look in the chapel carved in stone... More

Really fun and nice for sightseeing! However you need to be in shape since there are a lot of stairs. For me it was the coolest activity in Dubrovnik and I took wonderful pictures! Definitely a place to go

Take a hike, understand why this town is so terrific by walking the walls. Look at life happening - laundry hanging, cats climbing and chimneys smoking. Be sure to get a ride up the mountain to view the seaside location from above and really be impressed. Fantastic.

Dubrovnik is spectacular and the views from the walls can't be beat. I've been a lot of places, this ranks among the best. Don't miss out.

Walking the city wall affords wonderful views. It can be hot up there. You are a captive audience, and water, etc., is expensive. It took us about 1.5 hours to walk the wall so be sure to have water and a snack tucked in your bag.

The wall was free during one of the holidays in Croatia, but otherwise it would be 120Kn. Even for 120Kn, it is well worth it. You get the view of the entire old town, the mountains behind it, and the Adriatic sea. The gentle sea breeze, the smell of the ocean, and the view of the coast brings the best... More

I understood better why they call Dubrovnik 'Pearl of the Adriatic' when I walked on the city wall. I recommend you to try this tour after 5 or 6 o'clock when the sultring sun goes down from the peak. Then you can enjoy better without suffering from the heat. Red-roofed town is in contrast with the blue sea, it couldn't... More
