This was our main beach during our visit. Beach and water/bottom was clean. During peak hours the beach got very crowded since it is very small beach. The restaurant had very nice view and good food. If you want to do snorkeling you have to go right by the cliff by the boats and beyond the safety line protecting swimmers... More

I enjoyed the walk and the steps, though if you've got kids this could be an issue. The views were the best thing about the beach. Water was crystal clear as you would expect and the stones whilst rounded so not sharp did make the entry to the water rather comical with the loss of footing. The beach has a... More

Nice relaxing beach that was worth the trek. Sun loungers were easy to get and reasonably priced. It is crowded but most beaches are in this part of the world. If you get unlucky with the people around you just move,we did. The staff on the beach are jaded and worn out but efficient. The barman at the beach bar... More

We enjoyed the beach here. The atmosphere was far more relaxed than posey EastWest and it was much cheaper too. There is a bar and restaurant and you can hire loungers and umbrellas. The beach is stoney and the water is clean and clear. It's a fairly small beach by general standards. But for Dubrovnik it's actually quite spacious. We... More

This is a decent beach if you like to swim. Not so great if you like to lie out, since there isn't much actual beach. However the water is great, and you can easily swim around to other places. The bar here is nice, with good service and a good menu. Don't even try to park here unless you have... More

This beach is a little farther away from most accommodations, but it is worth the trip. You have to drive out to the church to park and go around back to find the stairs. Yes, there are a lot. But once you come down the stairs you see that it is worth it. It isn't nearly as crowded as the... More

Beaches should have sand! This is not so quiet. Difficult to get in the water. Once in the water it is great. And paying for a deck chair for the whole day!

Muuuch less crowded than Banje beach, still small but more comfortable. Water is super clear, very clean and blue. Please note, you have to walk down 163 steps to get there, it can get difficult in the sun. To find it, just go to Sveti Jakov church and park in front of it (Zone 2, so 20 kuna per hour),... More

This is really one of the most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik, with beautiful view on the island of Lokrum. It is not sandy and not peacful if you're looking for that type of vacation, but it's long and it has a lot of facilities. Avoid if you have stroller, or not in good condition; there is a lot of stairs... More

This was the most beautiful beach in Dubrovnik (not that there are many). It has a very nice view from the old town, Lokrum island and surroundings. We went there by car. You follow the road "ulica Frana Supila" and directly after you pass Hotel Argentina (direction from old town to the beach) you take the road to the right... More
