The Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra was playing in the rectory in the evening. The programme was lovely )(Beethoven and Mendelssohn), but the setting in the rectory, under the evening sky, was just perfect, and a late supper afterwards in the plaza. Brilliant!

Beautiful building with a realy mix of things of interest including a collection of old money boxes. There is a display of photo's taken during the troubles in the 90s & the original 2 Jack's dating back to the mid 1500s that ring the bell.

Worth a visit - lots of history in one of the city's oldest buildings. Well displayed and explained. Stunning central courtyard with magnificent stone staircase.

The building itself is nice and some paintings and furniture items are interesting. English labeling has now appeared (06/2012). The whole thing could be far more interesting if one could see a logic in the order of the displays. A minimum of historical notions of the region would also help a lot to understand Dubrovnik.

There was quite a lot to see here but unfortunately not a lot of information to tell you what you are seeing. Some labelling in English would greatly enhance a visit.

Rector´s Palace is nowadays a museum. The former Rectors had a pleasant job, mostly signing some papers och keep the keys of the city in their box. The palace is wonderful, I could consider living there, signing some papers!

The building was well preserved and there were some wonderful artefacts. However, there was no information there to tell you the significance of things - especially the rooms upstairs. A good museum to view, especially if you have the Dubrovnik card as it is free!

Plenty to see here but I found it a bit disorganised and would have liked more logic to it - wasn't always sure of the significance of some of the exhibits!
