Pebbly so you may want to wear flip flops. Good for snorkelling, clean water. Quite busy as you'd expect.

A perfect location just outside the city but has a harsh stony beach. A little expensive but so convenient. Double deck chair, parasol, towels, water 300 Kuna (£30 ish) will also bring you food and drink to you.

It must not have been very crowded when we were here, as the other reviewers are complaining about. Crowded, but plenty of space to find an umbrella (30 kuna for the entire day on the 'free' side of the beach), spread out and enjoy. The water is calm, gorgeous and refreshing. We picked up sandwiches and beer at the Pemo... More

Beach is located in a beautiful part of the Dubrovnik with the beatiful view on the island of Lokrum. There is a beach bar East-west. Food is really great and everything is in some kind of relaxed atmosphere. On the other hand, prices are bit too expensive. A great compliment goes to staff, especially to the guy working in the... This is a tiny stretch of partly rocky and partly sandy beach, but it is hard to tell as every square inch is covered with people. The water however is magnificent and the views are beautiful!

It is a nice beach, with a great view out to Lokrum, but it's way too crowded. We managed to get a tiny spot on a couple of rocks, so we didn't stay for long, maybe half an hour. There are lots of other nice beaches in the nearby area, which are not that crowded. The V.I.P area was not... More

This may be the worst beach I've been on. It was way over crowded. The kiosk was expensive (15 kunas for a small bottle of water). The beach wasn't that bad, however it is too crowded to lay down anywhere, unless you arrive at 9 AM. Go to Lokrum instead.

EastWest at Banji beach is very stylish. There are white sun loungers or beds available to hire, waiter service and a VIP area where you can enjoy champagne and cocktails. At night it's a club. By day it's a beach, bar and restaurant. The food is very nice and the loungers are comfortable and plush. There is free WIFI and... More

This is a nice beach to get away from the stream of tourists in Old Town. However, it gets crowded early. If you want a beach chair, it's 100 HRK which isn't too bad. Anything else (umbrella, towel etc) is more. There are also sections on the beach where you don't have to pay. Lots of kids and families, but... More

Great place to chill out if you need a break from the busy streets of Dubrovnik. Water is lovely and there are plenty of loungers to rent. The bar and restaurant are nice if a bit pricey. You pay about 70 Kuna for a cocktail which is qute expensive to other places in Croatia but in keeping with the rest... More
