Right next to the fort Revelin, this beach is the closest way to take a dip if you're staying in the old town. A bed for one will set you back for 100 HRK, and wait until you see the price list because it can get insane. The music is great and the staff is excellent - but the beach... More

I like this beach. Good music around and cool people. Rent a bed for 100 kunas and chill all day. It is just 4 minutes walking from the ancient city so perfect! I like it.

100 kunar per person to get a bed with an umbrella at the private beach club - very nice but drinks are a little pricey (as expected). The beach itself has a good view but is definitely not the best beach in Dubrovnik. Very busy and too many people in one small stretch of beach. Head to the small beach... More

We planned our visit to Dubrovnik as a last stop in our holiday, a place where we could relax after making a long trip in Slovenia and Croatia. It was just the opposite of what we expected. Narrow, small beaches, with a sad atmosphere. We then went to Banje beach, as locals told us that it is the best beach... More

Despite making a reservation for a Baldachin, due to the popularity of the beach, on arrival no reservation recorded. Greeting staff couldn't have cared less, just had to choose from what was left... A Baldachin is a giant 4 poster bed with waterproof mattresses and curtains to provide shade. The mattresses were all split and worn, the curtains broken and... More

Very cheap. Although we went to the vip section, the service was bad, the sunbeds/ poufs and all furnitures are very dirty, marks of age and RUST appeared on almost everything around us. U even have to pay for using the toilet & showers even when in vip section! There's that 100 years old ugly disgusting dirty rude woman who's... More

Probably the worst beach I've ever been to. Extremely crowded, no where to sit as so busy. Horrible shingle, dirty water due to rubbish and cigarette butts. We avoided like the plague.

First of all about (some of) staff: they are arrogant and ignorant; 'care' only to pick up the money for what they call their services and nothing about wellbeing of their guest. The feeling is that guests in bar/club are welcomed, guests at private part of the beach so-so; but guests on the public part of the beach are not... More

We had lunch at this restaurant today. We ordered one fajita wrap and one pizza "Istriana". The ingredients of the pizza are as follows: burrata cheese, BACON, cherry tomatoes, arugula and black truffles. We waited a suitable amount of time and got both dishes, which we shared. They both tasted very good. But we both recognized that there was no... More

We paid 50 kuna for a sun shade and that was the most polite member of staff we met. The beach was extremely crowded which is understandable during the very hot weather but some people may not like having other tourists putting their feet on you whilst you relax in the sun. The water itself is beautiful but sadly the... More
