This was by far the best activity we undertook while staying near Dubrovnik. The company organized transfers to and from our apartment which was really convenient. The bike tour throughout the Konavle valley is not too strenuous for the most part, and the scenery is beautiful. The guides were fantastic - friendly locals with a real knowledge and obvious passion... More

Six of us booked a villa in Dubrovnik and booked a day excursion with "Cheap Dubrovnik Tours" . This was an all day drip with the driver Marijan picking us up on time from our villa (at 0900hrs) and taking us to Kotor, Budva and a few other places en route. We didn't return to our villa until after 6... More

We were sitting in a hot van with 16 people - 2 tourists had to sit in the front seat near the driver/"tour guide". The air-conditioner wasn't working properly. We got to Kotor and were on our own - for a quick walk through - which was really un-inspiring. We then went to budva - a sand beach - It... More

We took a nighttime boat trip to Dubrovnik old town on the opening night of the summer festival. Fireworks were great, lots of people in costumes. Boat trip from island mole cep was about 30 mins, but worth it.

Snjezana was a fantastic local tour guide (she speaks English and German) who tailor made a visit for 3 of us to visit Kotor in Montenegro. She personally drove us there and gave us a fascinating insight into the local history. We had a wonderful lunch at a restaurant in Kotor and then taken to Perast. 2 local students took... More

If you travel from Tucepi it take 3 hours to reach Dubrovnik. It's a very interesting place, though it gets very busy if more than two or three cruise ships are in. Like all old Citadels it's probably best seen without the crowds and we felt it was worth the SIX hours coach trip AND the tremendous thunderstorm, to see... More

Took a sunset panorama trip on the Blue Eye glass bottom boat. What a waste of money! You'll notice this boat by its weird big black bulbous bow. It cost more than the regular boat, but it was a pretty terrible trip. First the aggressive insistent "hey Lady, speak English, boat cruise" touting was pretty unpleasant. But we wanted to... More

This was a full day tour from 10am until 6pm and sailed only yards away from our hotel (Hotel Lapad). The tour was 250kn each and included a meal on board with drinks and stopped at three island, Lopud, Sipan and Kolocep. We were told to get to the departure point 10 minutes early, which we did and there were... More

If you get the chance to visit Croatia / Dubrovnik - go! Croatia aspires to compete with the French Riviera & is making a great fist of it. Stunning scenery – precipitous coastal routes hugging the Adriatic. Found Lea Travel in a back-street of old town Dubrovnik, being welcomed by an English speaking & very personable 'rep'. Booked a day... More
