We caught the number 5 bus from Lapad to the bottom of the cablecar, but opted to walk up rather than pay £10 for a short ride. It was an easy, pleasant walk on a zig-zag path. It took 20 minutes to reach the start of the path, on steep residential streets, then about another hour to reach the top.... More

We hiked up and down and it wasn't much trouble at all. Bring water. Nice initial hike up stairs/driveways thru the residential neighborhood until you have to cross the highway and enter the woods. The switchbacks up the hill are manageable in <1hr. The views at the top are great and worth the hike; though the rest of the stuff... More

It's so easy to get the cable car and just 108 ku. The reviews advised that the restaurant was more expensive than in the city... I would not have said so, the service and food was excellent. after visiting the museum (it's hard to imaging the pounding the city received in the 1990s) we took the long lovely walk back... More

We can recommend the walk for any reasonably fit person. It took us about an hour to go up and 40 minutes to come down. We went in the morning when it wasn't too hot. The path is nice (specially in the woods) but the stones are also quite slippery. The views are breathtaking all the way! Remember the water... More

The cable car was broken and it was our last day. So we walked. Takes about an hour to get up (it was an overcast day so not too hot) and it's a fair walk but not as bad as it looks. At the top it's a great view and actually better on the way up as the cable car... More

Mount Srdj stands over the city of Dubrovnik. You can take a cable car from almost the center of the city of Dubrovnik. You can purchase tickets at the cable car or in some local tobacos, but for sure is better to take them at the cable car. Once you got your tickets enjoy the ride to the top of... More

Only given this an average score due to the cost! The views from the top are exceptional but there is nothing else much to do. Spent maybe 90 minutes taking a few photos, had a beer and then went back down. Glad I did it, but not sure about the cost.

We rode the cable car up on a bright and sunny day and the views were breathtaking at the top! Make sure the weather is clear as to have the best view. There is a restaurant at the top to have a glass of local wine and take in the beauty and eat if you want. We didn't eat so... More

Although, I am not the best when dealing with heights, I feel a trip here has to be made by anyone who visits Dubrovnik. The cable car took less than 5 minutes to reach the summit at a steady pace. At the top there are views which can only be described as incredible. Whether you are looking over the old... More

We caught the number 17 bus from the clock outside Pike gate. Cost 12 knr. The bus meandered its way to a small village about one kilometre downhill from the end of the cable car. The walk up had great views too. We then visited the exhibition in the fort of the war, had a good lunch in the very... More
