The owner of Tonko apartments, Tony, took me to this sight on our way from the airport to the apartment. What a great view from the top of this mountain!

We had already been up the mountain via the cable car, so on another day we decided to do the walk up the serpentine path. Tips: The start is a bit tricky to find - see photos for help. You need to be fit as it is steep in places. Wear good shoes - the path is rocky, very uneven... More

I decided to save the 15 Euros and walk up (and down) the trail to Mount Srdj. The path isn't very smooth in parts and I recommend sturdy shoes. It took me about 30mins but I didn't stop for breaks. There are plaques with stations of the cross at the bends and the view is fantastic, especially if you have... More

We decided to walk up the trail instead of paying for the cable car and were very glad we did. It was a cloudy day which made the walk easier. There are lots of view points along the way and the view from the top is amazing. The path zigzags up the mountain and isn't too steep. However there are... More

The cable car only takes 4 minutes very smooth. Visit the fort which is now a museum. It gives us all an idea of what happened during the wars of Yugoslavia and how brave those men were.

There are plenty of rave reviews for the cable car ride to the top and the restaurant with great views. If you're at all fit, the climb up the serpentine path is the way to go. I'm 71 and broke both heels a year ago and I still managed the climb up in less than 1.5 hours and back down... More

It takes just several minutes to travel up the hill by cable car. The view is simply stunning especially on a sunny day. In mu opinion this is also a "must-visit" attraction. It certainly is one of the highlights of my trip to Dubrovnik.

the ticket was 100 HRK (15€), but the view is worth of every cent :D give it a try... not sure that the same price is in the summer (June, July, August)

Once in Dubrovnik, you should really try it! it is very easy to get to departing point, and it takes only a couple of minutes to get by cable car to the top of the mountain. Tip - I've been told to rather go in the afternoon, cause of the crowds, and I really ddin't wait long for my ride.
