We had already had a bottle of Dingac (red wine) earlier in our stay, so we decided to do their 'Ultimate Dingac Tasting' option. This was 65Kn each. We tried three different Dingac wines - a small glass of each - which was just right to see how different they can be. The wines were explained to us, and we... More

Service was very polite and friendly; it was great to taste selection of good Croatian wines - but like many other places in Dubrovnik old town the prices were too high. 120 Kuna (about €16) for a relatively average plate of cheese and meat for 1 (not 2!) is too much. Many other places in the centre are doing the... More

This wine bar is nice enough but it is defiantly not all that special, its a canned tourist catering operation. The wines by the glass are more expensive than most places for lack luster wines. They are not even wine professionals that work there, we witness someone getting trained to work there who didn't know anything about Croatian wine or... More

Hello Todd. Thanks for your review. I would like to take this opportunity to agree with you. Most of the crew are not wine pro's.... Infact one young chap and myself prefer a beer some of the time. At dvino we consider each and every individual to be their own wine pro. My establishment is set up to take a... More

Loved trying all the Croatian wine here at D'Vino. The guys made our last night in Dubrovnik special -- they truly go out of their way to make you part of the family. And, guys, don't worry -- I'm on the hunt for that Croatian red you told us is stocked up in a San Franciscan restaurant!

Beautiful wine, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, once found never forgotten. The wine tasting is a must with the Dingac highly recommended. Also have a nice variety of side dishes. The cheese board was a delight in sampling croatian cheese

Excellent little wine bar in the old town, would highly recommend a visit. They bar has an excellent selection of wines by the glass or bottle. The food was excellent, especially the platter for two which filled four of us. The barman was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We went early one evening, (it does get busy later on), and took the white and red wine ‘flights’ respectively - A small sample of three Croatian wines. A great introduction to the wines of the country. Pick your favourite and expand from there. The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere pleasant, and overall enjoyable experience.

My girlfriend & I found this little gem in a best of Dubrovnik guide online, and so glad we did. You'll find it down one of the side alleyways off the main plaza, and it's a really cosy bar that serves great Croatian wines. We went for the White/Red wine flights with bread/cheese/olives etc and it was an absolute bargain.... More

We were regular visitors to D'Vino during our vacation in Dubrovnik. Cosy place with really nice atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeble about the wines and cant do enough for you. Nice bar snack / tapas type food and cheese boards also. We dont see much Croatian wine here in UK - some of the big reds are... More

No wonder they won't let the best Croatian wine out of the country. The Posip would rival even the best french burgundy. Staff were very knowledgable to give the best WSET sommelier a run for their money. Had a wonderful tasting experience with a great antipasti dish to compliment
