The idea of closing off an entire street for people to enjoy shopping, arts and crafts is not original, but it is well done here. We stayed over a week and always seemed to end up on the Big D, or crossing it. Even had some girls clopping by on horses a couple of nights. Good food, good fun, great... More

This is the best street in Odessa for me. Offering a nice walk with something for everyone from shops to bars and restaurants to nightlife. If time is short this is the best street to visit.

It is a great street with a lot of places to eat and shop. After 11pm it gets a little dicey with prostitutes on the street. They leave you alone when you walk away, but before that it is a nice place to hang.

It's a street of dreams one can say. You can find everything arround the street. It's a combination of bars ,discotheque, shopping of souvenir, cafes and beautiful restaurants of various cuisine with macdonals arround the area. One can enjoy couple of beers in late night as well. Also you can see beautiful girls arround yourself on the streets. For me... More

This is the heart of Odessa. Main street with restaurants and shops. This is a must visit if you're in Odessa.

I love this place! It is a "pedestrian mall" in city center and is becoming more and more cosmopolitan over the years! It features, carnivals, a park with artisans and artists doing paintings and portraits, numerous outdoor cafes, authentic Ukrainian restaurants, and a McDonalds of course! Coble stone streets with occasional horses and a big COW in the front of... More

Deribasovskaya Street is the 'tourist' street that you can visit to shop, eat, and meet people in Odessa. There was something for everyone on the walk along the street: Restaurants with casual local fare or 'upscale' dining, stunning architecture in every view, gardens with historical monuments, and great 'people watching'.

Everything in the area. Local shops, bars and restaurants as well as up market expensive places if that takes your fancy. Opera house close by and very short taxi ride to beaches.
