I really liked this property so large and spacious the cathedral was so beautiful and I loved all the museums. We also had a really nice lunch in one of the restaurants.

We were waiting for the shuttle to take us up to El Tenedor del Cerro, so we took a quick walk around the ruins. It is a very peaceful place and a beautiful setting for photos.

This is one of the most gorgeous hotels and sites I have ever visited. It is a restored monastery. You don't have to stay here, because it's very expensive, but you can have dinner, a drink, walk around the grounds and visit the candle and chocolate shop. Must see if you are in Antigua

The food was phenomenal as was the historical site. It is a little outside of the main tourist track but worth the walk.

Take the free shuttle from the hotel in town up to their location on the hill. I don't think there is a schedule per se but it seemed to leave every 15 minutes. The shuttle even has seat belts that the driver insists you wear. There is a lot to do at the top. There are ziplines, a tent full... More

Best scenery for a restaurant in Antigua! We came early and walked the grounds with a drink from the bar. We liked it so much that we came back the next day to visit some of the museums on sight. Food was a 7 out of 10. Not the best I had in Antigua, but up there. Service was good.... More

This place hands down is the most special place to stay. Take time out, and tour the grounds. There is nothing that will even come close.

A wonderful place to tour and/or eat! The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible and unlike anywhere I've ever eaten before. The museum is wonderful, as are the ruins. It's a beautiful place just to take a walk through the grounds and to look at the beautiful foliage.

Located in a church and convent of Santo Domingo, this restaurant is set overlooking the gardens with peaceful music playing in the background. The food is delicious. I went the first time and had cilantro risotto with shrimp which was fantastic. (By the way, I had a few of my daughter's French fries and they were great, too.) We went... More
