I knew that I wanted to learn about Mayan chocolate while I was in Guatemala. My friend who is living in country with the Peace Corps booked this class for us. It was amazing! There were only 4 in our class on a Saturday afternoon at 4. Lito was our guide back and forth through the museum, restaurant, and demonstration... More

I did the chocolate workshop with the lively, friendly Pablo who speaks perfect English. It was a rainy day and I was expecting something fun and tasty to occupy my time, but I thought 2 hours sounded long to learn about chocolate and thought I'd be a little bored. Boy was I in for a treat! For a great price... More

Not only is the ChocoMuseo informative, if you do the ChocoMuseo tour, you get to make 3 different kinds of chocolate drinks and come home with chocolate bars you made yourself. Lots of fun! More

This place is Paradise. My wife and I first went to check it out and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Instructive posters, free tasting, chefs making chocolate right in front of you. So I decided to come back for the workshop and that was beyond my expectations. The Chef is friendly and knows his craft. We prepared Cacao as the... More

The Choco Museo is one fun place. You get to learn all about chocolate and make your own to take with you. While you are being instructed in the fine art of chocolate, the history of chocolate, the unique spices and flavorings you can add to chocolate, you are surrounded by chocolate. It is so much fun it ought to... More
