After spending week 1 of my trip to Guatemala at a yoga retreat on Lake Atitlán I wanted to make sure that I was able to continue my practice during week 2 as I explored Antigua. I was very pleased to find YogAntigua classes! I went to 3 morning classes at the Panza Verde location and couldn't have been happier... More

We started our day several times with a class at Yogantigua. What a wonderful place to practice your yoga. Instructor was excellent. Make sure you arrive early, give yourself plenty of time to find the place.

I spent the month of January in Antigua. After a quick online search I found that YogAntigua held classes two blocks from where I was staying. I dropped in on a vinyasa class that Heidi was teaching on a Tuesday night. I enjoyed it so much that I attended her classes during all 4 weeks of my stay. The classes... More

We took two morning classes during our short stay in Antigua, and both were wonderful! The classes are held in a charming art gallery with open windows and views of surrounding mountains. The teachers were both warm and friendly, and clearly very committed to their practice. I would recommend these 90 minute classes for yogis and beginners alike; we felt... More

I went to several classes at Meson Panza Verde and enjoyed it very much. The upstairs studio doubles as a gallery space. It is smaller, but has natural light and you can hear birds singing outside the window. I like a work out and really liked Liz's class.

I took one of Nancy's classes at the Hotel Panza Verde...what an experience to do real yoga with an instructor who had just returned from 3 months in India. Not to mention practicing in the beautiful Panza Verde Hotel. Run, don't walk to YogAntigua!

I went to several yoga classes every week while I was staying in Antigua for a language program. The classes were by far the highlight of the week. The location at the Panza Verde was amazing, and the teachers were all very skilled. I also did some private lessons with Rene, and these were really helpful when it came to... More

We only managed to squeeze in a few yoga sessions with Yogantigua in Antigua, but they were very worthwhile. Nancy and Liz were incredibly patient and helpful teachers....and their individual sessions were just wonderful. The Panza Verde is a wonderfully tranquil retreat in Antigua. HIghly recommended for all levels of yoga enthusiasts.

My friend rented a house for us in Antigua for 9 days. Every morning we did Yoga. Nancy, our teacher, was AMAZING!! We had a large group and she was able to come to our house. I haven't done Yoga in a few years and I have some lower back issues. Nancy would make modifications for me and would let... More
