What a cute little lighthouse! We had so much fun relaxing on the beach, watching the boats go by, and fishing. See more on my blog- CandidlyKelly.com

Took my bike on the bus from town out to Sconset. Nice bike ride by beautiful homes and gardens out to Lighthouse

Othet than the fact this was originally established in 1746 it is nothing more than a photo moment and out of there to something else.

I love lighthouses, and to see one in person was amazing, also you can collect shells while looking at the awesome structure!

Perhaps no other fixture so represents Nantucket as the Brant Point Lighthouse. It greets you as you enter the harbor, and it bids you adieu as you leave. Even planes fly overhead on the way to the airport.

Easy access, gorgeous backdrop of the harbor with boats passing by. Peaceful spot. Go early for a higher likelihood of avoiding larger groups of tourists.

The Brant Point lighthouse is only a short walk from downtown Nantucket and should not be missed for a taste of nautical New England. The walk down Easton street takes you past the White Elephant hotel, several fine Nantucket homes, and the Coast Guard station. At Brant Point you will likely see people surf casting, sailboats, and at least one... More

If you are a day tripper, this is the only lighthouse that is within easy walking distance. Make sure you have a working camera. Find the Whaling Museum and proceed to Easton Street via South Beach Street. When you get to Easton at the intersection, take a right. As you are walking, you will pass the main White Elephant lobby... More

On June 22, 2015, we walked over from the ferry dock to visit the Brant Point Lighthouse. We didn't go into it, but just walked the area surrounding it. Nice spot to watch the ferry boats comes in. A short walk out of town from the docks. The lighthouse is picturesque for us photographers. Nice to see. Worth the walk.
