We did the Twisted History Tavern Tour in Annapolis. Our tour guide, Claire, was very knowledgeable. She definitely knew her stuff. I've lived in MD for 8 years and have been up to Annapolis several times but I learned so much about the history of Annapolis on this tour. It wasn't a ghost tour but Claire told us some ghost... We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgable and she did a great job of bringing the stories to life. Two of the bars she talked about included Reynolds Tavern and Rams Head. The spooky history behind both bars is incredible and we made sure to stop at both once the tour had ended!

I took my mom on a walking ghost tour of Annapolis on her last night in town. We had a lot of fun. Our tour guide, Sarah, was great, and my camera even died at St.Mary's church (ooooo, spooky :P). I look forward to taking my sisters and brothers, and I will have to take my husband on one of... More

This was one of the highlights of our trip. It was really good fun, and interesting to learn about the history of the town. An extra bonus, was one of the other guides singing a couple of folk songs while we waited for the tour to begin. I know this sounds naff, but we were on holiday, in a good... More

A friend was coming into town and we decided to do the walking ghost tour. It was very enjoyable and a great way to learn about my new neighborhood. Now I know all the places I want to go to. Our tour guide was Lana and she has a lot of charisma, is a great sorry teller and keeps you... More

This was my first ghost tour ever. I usually don't do this type of thing, but a friend wanted to do it, so I did it. If I ever do one of these again I will not choose the first tour at 7pm. It wasn't dark enough and there was a lot of activity in the streets that disconnect the... More

We did the Fells Point ghost tour during Fells Point Festival. It was loud and crowded in the area where the tour was, but I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with our guide! She did a great job of not just making sure no one from the group got separated, but also made sure everyone could hear her. I... More

My fiance and I had a great time on our Ghost Tour. It was a Monday evening, so we were the only two people who signed up, so it was a nice private tour. Our guide, Sarah, was very friendly and informative. She's a great storyteller! I learned a lot on this tour and highly recommend it if you want... More

We have been on several ghost tours in various cities around the country, and compared to some of the other ones we've experienced, this one in Annapolis was disappointing. The tour guide was nice, but not a great storyteller, and that makes all the difference. The stories were more humorous than scary, for the most part, and could have been... More

We wanted to do a pub crawl in Annapolis and luckily Living Social offer tickets. We did the Twisted History crawl and loved it. We met Claire (our guide) and another couple on the porch of the Maryland Inn and began our crawl. We went to 3 pubs/bars and at each stop Claire regaled us with the history you will... More
