What Zha-MD refers to as U.S. Naval Academy Biking Trails is not on Naval Academy grounds. Rather it is Greenbury Point, which is about 3 miles from the Academy. The Academy has not allowed civilians to bring bikes on its grounds since 9/11. Greenbury Point is nice for hiking around but it is not the Academy. I am an Annapolis... More

Bet you didn't even know there were walking and bike trails near those ugly steal, WWII era towers. Deer, osprey, fox, possum, raccoon, rabbit all inhabit the place and can be seen both early morning and early evening. Super nice views of the Bay and the confluence of the Severn River and Spa Creeks.
