This is a flat straight trail. You are not going to get lost. The best place to park is behind the Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie. The path South is much nicer than going North. If you want to see a video of the trail, I have one on my blog. http://smarttraveller2.blogspot.com/2014/03/bike-trails-baltimoreannapolisdc.html

My husband and I went for a jog here with our dog. We did the part of the trail that is near Severna Park. It was very nice. I enjoyed the scenery and random gardens scattered along the trail. A few times I felt like I was in another country, by the way the trees and bamboo made it feel... More

this trail can be crowed and crosses busy streets making for cautious cycling ...best used during off peak times...also safety can be an issue on the most northern parts of the trail beyond severna park

I love this trail for biking. Mostly wooded but does come in and out of some development. People are all there for the same reason to enjoy the outdoors. Accordingly they are very friendly. Come and experience nature

Plan to start your ride @ the Park & Ride several miles up the trail to avoid the long uphill road from the suggested Boulter's lot to the trail. We rode our loop from the P&R, south to the trail start, then back past our start to the end @ Glen Burnie & back to the Park & Ride lot... More

On a sunny Saturday afternoon there were plenty of people using the trail but not so many that you couldn't enjoy your ride. Rode about 10 miles of the trail that took you through residential areas as well as wooded areas. One section had a few hills but for the most part the trail is fairly flat. Unlike many other... Is a great trail the professional bikers fly on it if you don't watch out they will run you down, you can pop on and off to grab a bite or coffee that is also nice.

Super trail. I love biking through the woods. I'm not as fond of the heavy traffic areas but they can be lessened by choosing non peak hours.

We really enjoyed this trail. Parking lot is not huge so get there early. Fairly flat and covered by the trees in some areas.

Biked from Baltimore to Annapolis on the trail. Very safe and nicely shaded. Not much hills so an easy ride. Wish it went all the way to D.C. We did about a 20 mile ride each way and spent the night in Annapolis. Lovely trip.
