My wife and I were in Panama City, Panama to handle immigration issues with the help of our Panamanian attorney in preparation for our retirement here. Research and recommendations had led us to choose Spanish Panama as the place to learn Spanish. We contacted the school prior to traveling to Panama and became acquainted with Joseph, the Director, on line.... More

I can only recommend spanish panama! The teachers are great and warm hearted. They try to make and fit your shedule which was important to me as I have a full time job. I went through a pre-test so they knew about my level. Also I had to re-place lots of my hours due to my work and it was... More

My two teachers, Jaime and Gisel were outstanding. The school was in an excellent location. The methods of teaching were also excellent. I am glad I chose the 1:1 instruction because it allowed me to learn at my own pace and ask as many questions as I could. I wish there were more students studying that week so I could... More

Spanish Panama School is definitely number 1 for a reason. I learnt a lot in my time there and feel a lot more comfortable now speaking Spanish. They not only have group classes and 1 on 1 classes, but they also do cultural activities that are fun and help to solidify the Spanish you're learning. I felt well looked after... More

My time at Spanish Panama was fabulous. Classes are high quality and the teachers are great. The location is really handy, as the school is in a great neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and hotels. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Overall, I was pleased. I especially found Allan to be a very good teacher. I spent 20 hours in school and learned a lot and given enough time (which you don't really have during a conversation) can get my brain to formulate most of the things I want to say. But I'm far from fluent. I think the only way... More

Within 3 months of private Spanish classes, I was able to improve my skills immensely. My teacher, Profesor Nicasio, was capable of answering all my questions regarding grammar rules reliably. What I appreciated the most, was that he insisted on talking to me in Spanish only, but he made sure to talk clearly, slang-free, and in a moderate pace. He... More

I had a wonderful Experience at Spanish Panama! I thoroughly enjoyed my classes with David and Jaime. I appreciated being able to focus on certain areas that I needed to review and to practice speaking. I also appreciated the flexibility in moving to The Saba Hotel (from the guest house) which worked out very well for me! Extra activities –... More

I'm almost 60 and not a natural at learning languages, but I was extremely impressed with the amount of Spanish I learned in four weeks at Spanish Panama. I took four hours/day of classroom instruction (only one other person in the class) and some additional one-on-one sessions. It was not always easy and was occasionally frustrating; but it was certainly... More

I sent my kids and their cousins (Age 6-13) to Spanish Panama School a couple of years ago while they were visiting abuelo during the summer. Joseph, the school owner, was great at modifying their intensive program for the kids. The kids worked in small group classes (2-3) and did cultural and kid specific tours on Fridays. The teachers worked... More
