The Reprosa factory is beautifully set up so visitors can observe production from an upper level walkway. Our group of Red Hat ladies was greeted with juice then our guide Monica introduced a short video and took us on a walking tour to see the various stages of production of the gold and silver treasures. The gift shop has attractive... More

The tour guide, Monica, gave us an interesting & very informative experience. Reprosa's quality of workmanship & display of merchandise continues to be outstanding. It is a must see for visitors & a wonderful shopping experience.

If you want authentic, quality Panamanian jewelry, I highly recommend Reprosa. The staff are excellent - very patient & kind - and they go to great lengths to help its clientele. Their product knowledge is also impressive. From this visit alone, I learned more about Panama, its arts and culture, than other places I visited while I was in town.... More

Dear Jess, We really depend on our guests giving honest reviews. That said, we are sorry that you couldn't find us, especially since you live in Panama. Perhaps you could have called. We also note that you had no booking for the tour. More

Today we went to the tour. Saw the process right before our eyes and it was amazing. Really really nice staff. Always willing to answer any questions. We saw a video, saw the process live, and saw the finished pieces. No pressure to buy anything, but all the finished jewelry are amazing.

Enjoyed our visit here in the Industrial Park area. They do tours m-f @9:30 & 2:00 for $10.00 . Mention the ad in Panama Guide magazine for discount . We learned so much about this ancient process "wax process" to make the art and jewelry. A little 6 min video and then tour above the working factory . Excellent views... More

This was a very different experience from the usual factory tours. Not only is it about the highly complex process of reproducing Panama's art in the form of jewelry, it is a lesson in the history of the country. We were fortunate to meet Agnes who's knowledge and passion made the tour so memorable. Allow plenty of time to visit... More

We took a tour of Reprosa and Found it fascinating. They walk you through the manufacturing process to make both silver and gold huaca ( burial relics found at various sites in Panama ) reproductions. There is a sort of catwalk that goes over the manufacturing area and you can see all the work being done. In a few places,... More

Monica took our small group of 3 on a tour and waited on us in the sales room. My friends and I commented latter that this was one of the nicest experiences we had in Panama. The tour made the gold and silver metal process real for us. Moreover, Monica was very well informed on the country¹s history and professional... More

We had a Monday morning in Panama City to kill and some of the museum sites were closed so we went to a tour at the Reprosas factory. I thought it was great and very detailed on the process for recreating some of the treasures created by the indigenous tribes in Panama. The guide was very knowledgeable and being able... More
