This is a great place to see and learn about Panamanian ancient cultures and art through modern re-creations using current art & jewelry technology. The tour and film is not long but gives you a great overview of how the ancient art is preserved to today. You will then visit the various stages of how the artwork is transformed into... More

An excellent tour that moves along, while giving both a history of the antiquities of Panama and a demonstration of how they recreate the Indian art that has been preserved. At the end of the tour, you can purchase the art and jewelry pieces that you see being made.....at very attractive prices! Highly recommended.

It is worth the effort of getting to Reprosa. The tour is short but interesting and a little bit hands on. There is a well stocked shop but not hard sell. The firm is small but passionate about promoting Panama. Try and get on an organised tour has taxi drivers have difficulty finding it in an industrial area and are... More

This was a wonderful way to learn some history of Panama and its people. The tour was excellent and I even got to sandblast some silver pieces. The tour was private for no one else was there on a Wednesday at 2pm. No fee either. Saw the lost wax process. Entertaining and informative. Its in the midst of an industrial... More

took a Friday tour on short notice. Only twice a day on weekdays. Monica, the docent, was great, speaking perfect English & Spanish. Only $10 per person, you see a short presentation, see the lost wax process & history of precious items of Panama & visit the gift shop. It is in the Industrial Park in Costa del Este. Not... More

These artisans take great joy in explaining the history of their country's artifacts and beautifully explain as they recreate the ceramics, jewelry and textiles. It was like an an amazing museum with a dreamy gift shop. You know you are going to want souvenirs from your trip. Here you feel you are leaving with memories as well. The tour guides... More

Reprosa wasn't originally on my list of things of things to do in Panama. But I am really glad that I changed my mind. The tour guide, Monica was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my million and one questions. The tour started of with a video which highlighted some of the history of Panama, then the guide gave... More

We visited Reprosa last Friday, and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Monica, was very engaging, knowledgable, and helpful, with all the employees cheerfully in sync to help demonstrate the process.Their jewelry was beautiful and very reasonably priced. They also have other arts and crafts such as Embera baskets that are exquisite. The owner and all the employees are incredibly friendly,...
