A very interesting stop if you're in San Salvador. However, I highly recommend having a guide or someone who is familiar with it be there with you, because only they can explain all the unique features of the church and share its history. If you walk in green you will not get a full appreciation for this site.

This church is truly one of a kind! It's beautiful inside, different from anything you've ever seen. We just took a quick stop in here, but I'm glad we did!

This definitely the most beautiful church I have seen in my life (since I haven't been to Rome). This place will throw you off, from the look from outside to inside. From outside it doesn't even look like a church, but once you get inside you are welcomed by a light of colors. If you are visiting San Salvador, this... More

Built in the 60's this church is a must-see for fans of interesting architecture and modern art. It is sad to see the cracking concrete and beginning decay of a treasure.

Ok - if you have nothing better to do pop in for a look but I don't understand the 5 star reviews at all. It's an unusual church with nice lighting due to the windows. Nothing more.

Awesome architecture, clever use of light and recycled material. Contemporary sculptures and the most moving ambience inside. My favourite church in the world.

The building looks like it should be torn down from the outside. Inside however it is beautifully fantastical. The roof reflects a gorgeous rainbow over the inside. Across the street is a nice little park

That church is absolutely awesome, you should not miss it when being in San Salvador. Also, it contains abstract (modern) arts. Really a highlight.
