The winding street leading to this spectacular view is very much a part of the experience of seeing it. The buskers and the little shops and cafes around there are a great way to spend your morning, meandering to the top to enjoy the view of Kiev.

A delightful place with a long history, which attracts many tourists visiting. The slopes of this place, keep the base of the great mysteries of this beautiful city. Here you will find many souvenir shops, art galleries. There's also a lot of cozy places with amazing, lookout points, where you can see all old part of Kiev.

The most beautiful Church in Kiev, built on the roof of a building by personal architect of Catherine II, near St Sophie's Cathedrale and St Michel's Cathedrale, near the most picturesque part of Kiev (Podole) and the most beautiful street of Kiev (Kreschatik)

Nice church in a really nice area. The old town. Lot of souvenirs around here. Church is not that big, and they were busy with renovating the church. Looks nice. But there are much more and nicer churches around Kiev.

This church looks much bigger on the outside than it is really ! If you go inside , you find that no more than a few dozens (60-100) worshipers can celebrate at the same time . Yet it is impressive to be there specially when mass is being performed and you can listen to the songs ! Outside the views... More

I am an American currently living in Kiev and this has got to be my favorite place to come to on a relaxed day. Its a beautiful place that has quite unique coloring, especially for Kiev which is well known for its gold domes. Plus the atmosphere around this building is lots of fun. Its where "souvenir street" is, so... More

Except the fact that this is the most beautiful church in Kiev, it is situated on the hill in the historical quarter of Kiev. It looks really cosy... Lately I found out a legend why there are no bells on this church: many-many years ago there was a sea all over Kiev and there was a hill. When Andrew the... More
