It's a must visit if in Belgrade. The tower is well maintained. From the top of the tower you have a panoramic view over Belgrade, Zenum and Danube. The entrance is around 2 euros and there is free parking in front. Near the tower you can also find some restaurants.

The real lookout with a view of the entire Zemun and Belgrade. Popular is called Gardos. It can be reached by car in addition to the Zemun cemetery, and for those who like to hike a more practical steps to get them to come tangle of streets of the Zemun market. The view is definitely worth climbing stairs.
