Lovely Zoo. Kids simply adore it. One of the most important Zoos for white lions population in the world. Home of the oldest living aligator. The only problem is that it's on the small area. It should be extended to lower part of Belgrade fortress.

We decided to check out the zoo because it was right next to the Belgrade Fortress, which should easily be the #1 destination for tourists. The entry fee is quite reasonable (400 dinars per adult) and the zoo itself is clean and nice. It's a small place and you could walk it in about half an hour. We thought the... More

Is a nice zoo with many animals to see but was not very clean. And some cages are smell not so nice. The ticket was 400 RSD not so expensive.

Zoo in the heart of the city and Kalemegdan fortress. Nice attraction for kids where they can see plenty of live animals. The Zoo is quite old and doesn't have any free space where it could expand so the number of animals is limited and some of the animals are put in relatively small living space.

Animal lovers don't go in here. It's great that you can see a lot of animals, birds, but as an animal lover, for me was heart breaking. I can't stand to see animals in cages, stressed by children. I went just because I had to babysit and parents bought me a ticket. The zoo is not that big, in maximum... More

The zoo was very clean, but the cages are small; most animals have to live on a cement floor. Lots of interesting and beautiful animals, but they are way too confined. Sad.

I liked too much this zoo, there are a lot of animals (not too much)but the park is clean and if you follow the number you will watch all the animals without to lose yourself. There is white tiger white lion white cangoor... Deserve to visit Beutifull atmosphere around the fortress. I really suggest to go to visit it. Cost for... More

I felt sorry for the animals. They didn't have enough room to move and they seemed to be stressed in small cages. This was heartbreaking for me! I like animals in their natural habitat. If I visit a Zoo, the animals should have a like-natural environment, where they can run, jump, etc. not just sit in 10 square feet cages,... More
