It's nice to go and grab some sun,but I wouldn't recommend the water. It can be really dirty sometimes so showers are best solution for freshin up. Some of the Belgrade's best clubs are located here, and it can be very romantic at night with all the lights and everything. Also the great thing is that you can rent a bike... More

Ada is my favorite place to enjoy:swimming (water pretty clean), ride a bike, eating, playing tennis ect. If you don't have the money, you don't need to spend a dinar. You can walk around the lake, sit in the forest, swim.... If you have the money -you can play golf.

Ada is an artificial lake made from the nearby river that is used by the local people to cycle, play golf, walk, swim and relax. It's a great place to come and spend a whole day

I only found out about this place when looking at the reviews here. It's not in the city centre or near any of the touristy parts but it's easy to get to. Just take the 37 bus from Tre Republike and get off after 6 stops, just when you pass the bridge to go into the new part of the... More

I have been to Belgrade a number of times and only recently had time to experience Ada. What a hidden surprise! Once you get to this artificially created lake you get a full feeling of being in a seaside resort. Tons of things to do: swimming, splash pool for kids, cable water skiing (yes! very unusual, but fun), biking around... More

Paradise for cycling and rollers - you can do about 8km around the Sava lake. If not interested in cycling and rollers just walk around. There are some restaurants and bars to stop and have a drink and eat something, although not the best in Belgrade. The place is overcrowded on weekends and bank holidays in the summer and it... More

in summer time a great place to cool off, it's not the Adriatic but the kids like the swim, you can sit by on a swing chair or lounge and have cocktails or coffee brought to you and the street food is cheap and very nice.

Ada actually means a river island, but when people in Belgrade say it they mean the lake that was made by connecting the island to the sore. This is very nice place to relax and do some sport activities. There is a bicycle path around the whole lake, many football, basketball, tennis courts... You can rent a bike or rollers... More
