It is a romantic place, where lovers usually go. It has very old trees. it is lovely in the summer time - when yyou can find a lot of shadow, and also in wintertime. It is my favourite park in Bucharest and I can say that after seeing them all

A good place to go away form the busy city centre in a sunny day, Cismigiu offers a nice atmosphere to relax. A must-go when in Bucharest in my opinion !

While staying in Bucharest for while I walk through this park every morning on my way to get some coffee. It mostly full of locals, sitting on the benches or letting their kids play around. Yet is it peaceful and I am sure there is no better way to get relaxed. Really funny are the elderly Romanian men, playing chess... More

This is decent garden in Bucharest, not far from the Dâmbovița river. While the grass is green and the trees are blooming, the place feels a tad neglected and not particularly clean in certain areas. There's a lovely odd-shaped pond in the middle of the garden, with a fountain in the middle and ducks swimming in it. Still, it's good... More

This is a very lovely and nice park located in central Bucharest. I really enjoyed my time spent there. I think I walked for more than an hour in those gardens and didn't get bored. I recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Cismigiu Gardens is Bucharest central park. During hot days it is excellent shelter to hide from the heat , to stroll through shady alleys and to sit near the lake.

We went to Parcul Cișmigiu on our first evening visiting Romania. Escaping from the hot, busy (but pleasant!) streets of Bucharest, slipping first into quieter side streets and alleys and then finally into the lush greenery of the gardens. Part of it is probably because, as an American, we just don’t have parks like this at home (no, not even... More

We enjoyed our evening walk around this busy family-friendly park. We took out a pedalo for a little while, which we enjoyed – though the lake is bigger than it first looks! Lots of people around in the evening, and we felt very safe.

And walk two blocks south to this nice park.,we,were, there June 1, national,Children's Day, and the park was filled with kids, theater, and attractions. You can stay cheap nearby in the newly renovated Hotel Cismiiui, but beware the nearby MacDonalds,on Children's Day (I think every family in Bucharest got a fun pack with a free Coke, glass).
