Heard these were worth seeing but unfortunately in March it was a bit cold, all the bushes and trees were bare and the boating lake was empty. May try again if I am back in the summer.

we arrived to budding flowers, birds singing and green shoots everywhere, nice park - lots of play areas for children , interesting sights and plenty of natures delights . lake was emptied though - looks like they were cleaning it out to have it ready for the summer

Just in the middle of the city you can find a nice full of history park. In the summer time you can rent a small boat and in the winter time you can rent skates in order to enjoy the Cismigiu lake. Or may be you want only to walk hand in hand with your love or just watching the... More

The park is relatively small, but it's chic. You can basically walk the entire thing and still stop to admire the view in under 30 min. It's nice because there a few terasses where you can get something to eat, and it's also in the middle of the city and very close to old town. There are lots of locals... More

This is a small but beautiful park right in the heart of Bucharest minutes form the Hilton and Radisson. You can spend hours walking around. My Father-in-law spent his youth there in the 40's. There are areas for kids with playgrounds - an aviary and meandering paths around the lakes. You will see large groups, families on picnics and lover... More

Very nice park for having a walk after a working day. Located in the center of Bucharest, it has many flowers , playing areas for kids and statues. During the winter, there's a large ice rink for skating. Very close to Universitate metro station and a lot of fast-food, restaurants, pubs in the area.

Cismigiu gardens is probably one of the most beautiful parc in Bucharest. Full of romantism, history, and playground for kids. Have a walk there, you will enjoy it.

The oldest park in Bucharest, Cismigiu is a must if you want to go local in Romania's capital. It has many statues, flowers, a special section for chess players and a lot of romantic spots. It's also one of the few green spaces in the center of Bucharest and therefore an excellent stop on a hot summer day.
