This place to go with your family and children at the hot summer days is perfect. Big Lake where you can rent a small boat or hidrobicicle is amazing. A lot of places for the kids to play. Very very good. The only problem is its sometimes very crowded. But, for the moment, it's one of the best places to... More

We were a group of 7 young females and 1 young male travelling around Bucharest. We came to the gardens and they were absolutely beautiful! We went pedalloing on the lake which was great fun and very reasonably priced and strolled around for a while. However, women should be prepared that around this area people will stare at you. We... This is a lovely little oasis in the center of Bucharest. A small lake offers some paddleboats and there are little kiosks for refreshments. It's a nice break from the heat of the city but not much to see per se.

Simply beautiful! Great spot to walk around in to escape heat and noise of city. Lots of places to sit.

Nice park with a lake in the centre. You can hire a boat if you like rowing. Romanians use it to walk or just to take a rest. You can buy drinks and ice-creams inside

this is a lovely green oasis in the centre of the city. Children will love the playgrounds and the river where boats can be hired. There is an attractive restaurant but as it is in the open air over the lake, it it best visited on cooler evenings.

Beautiful by day and night, this park has water, birds, dining walks and paths leading back to the lake. Well worth a visit

I was out on a long stroll around the city and cut through the park. I ended up getting a bottle of water and an ice cream and sitting in the shade and people watching for 30 minutes.

I find parks to be nice opportunities to pause in my otherwise focused efforts to see the sights of a new city, and Cismigiu Gardens is an excellent example of a great place to pause, meander, and breathe. The gardens include lakes (with boats to rent), running water (including an artificial waterfall), overarching tree-lined walkways, a bandshell, playgrounds, and more.... More
