I was in this park many, many times when i was student, love it then, and love it now. The place is amazing and so colorful in spring, romantic in summer, great in autumn and shiny during Christmas time. It is crowded, because is situated in the middle of the city, but if you want to visit, you must come... More

Cismigiu Park ... An oasis of fresh air and tranquility in the middle of Bucharest .. Opposite the City Hall ... Very nice especially if you're Chess player, because they are held championships! I recommend a walk with great pleasure!

I've seen this gardens many many times. It is a place of such beauty and pottential that you wouldn't believe it! Unfortunately, it is also dirty :( Full of trash on the ground, spoiling what could havee been a perfect walk. It's also a bit too crowded for my taste and the section of the park dedicated to chess and... More

A large lake filled with paddle boating romantics is the central attraction of the park. The landscape is quite wild and happy groups of friends and families stroll through the rambling pathways.

All of the apartment dwellers out for some sun. The smell of freshly cut lawns was a blessing in a busy city.

Very nice park, well kept (you cannot say the same at other spots all over Bucharest). Many options, excellent place if you have little kids, we stayed at the Epoque Hotel which is 100m from there, so we walked through the park every morning.

I have been to Bucharest a number of times and have tended to gravitate to Cismigiu each time. It's a lovely haven in both summer and winter.

Nice, small, beautiful garden in the center of Bucharest, near Universitate. Has a central round curved lake, old brancy trees of diferent species, beautiful romantic bridges, flower beds and statues. Very nice arranged, clean. Has some specific attraction points such as the "birds area" in the summer(small lake with geese, ducks, swans and peacocks), a lake restaurant and a couple... More

The gardens are conveniently located so I would recommend walking through them if they fall in your way to e.g. the Parliament or the old town. In March there is no water running, but there is an ice skating ring. I would love to visit it again when the spring kicks in!

We went to the park for an afternoon walk on a cold and grey day and it was perfect. Would have loved to have gone ice skating but the misses wasn't overly enthused so we waked around the statues and gardens generally enjoying the relaxation.
