We visited berestroika because it was closed to the hotel we stayed in. It was a very pleasant surprise. They make their own beer, there is a transparent wall and you can actually see all the process and machines. We had red beer and it was great. The food was also tasty and not very expensive.

The place has a good meal (although portions were a bit small for me) and a very tasty home-made beer in 4 type. Owners are very nice and friendly.

Came here while staying in the city for a few nights. The walk over can seem a bit quiet as it's mostly residential in the immediate area, but it's well worth the visit. The menu has a mix of Romanian and Indian dishes (the owner is from India) and the beer is great. The owner even gave us a tour... More

Having seen good reviews on trip advisor a member of our party suggested we visit this venue. We were not disappointed. the food was delicious (we visited twice) all members of the group had different dishes - incl. on our second visit the indian platter. The owner "Anita" introduced herself and gave us a guided tour of the venue. She... More

Spent a few wonderful evenings in this amazing restaurant and I can highly recommend it! Excellent beer brewed on the premises with a wonderful menu of local and "home made" Indian dishes! Friendly and welcoming service from a polite and attentive staff. A guided tour and excellent explanation in to the operation of this unique Micro Brewery, together with a... More

Very buzzy at weekends so must make a booking - you will not regret it. Great beers brewed on the premises and great food to complement the booze. Friendly and very attentive staff and the charming owners cannot do enough to help.

I've been there yesterday with my client and a team of 16 people and it was excellent: service, environment, owners of the place. The place is larger then shown in pictures and is about 1.5 KM away from city center. They can also arrange intimate tables for larger teams and the food is exceptional.

Although a bit untrustfull at the beggining, I quickly fell inlove with the place. The Indian lady owner organized a short tour ot the brewery instalations which was quite helpfull and introduced us into the atmosphere of what turned to be later THE BEST BEER I'VE EVER HAD. Out of their 4 self brewed sortiments of beer which the personnel... More

They have 4 types of beer: white, blonde, red and black, going up in strength. The red was my favourite. We were treated to some great food and beer and even given a tour of the brewery by the owners!
