Not a massive fan of visiting religious sites, however it's very impressive inside and out. Short tourist attraction worth visiting to see its location and see more of zagreb as well. Busy place for tourists.

St Mark's church is stunning on the outside and interesting on the inside. Definitely worth a visit. Iconic site.

St. Mark's has an interesting history dating back to the 13th century, and a beautiful spot on the hilltop (you can take the funicular tram up) in Zagreb. The church has a nice inhabited feeling - this is a place not just for tourists, but where people go to church (perhaps more so than the cathedral below). But its great... More

An astonishing place to walk around and enjoy. The people, buildings and café culture are quite wonderful.

Didn't enter, but it is iconic, and I like the statues that front the church. The emblem on the roof stands out.

Seen on postcards and in all travel books, the Church of St Mark is definitely worth seeing. The patterned roof is the highlight and is reminiscent of the much larger St Stephen's church in Vienna. Worth the walk to see this gem

A church with vivid colour roof. It is in the upper town, so that anyway worth a visit. There were guides (students) who were telling us the history of the church and the area.

You can find this church in the old part of Zagreb. It's special because of the colourful roof. I didn't go inside the church.

I liked it very much of is unusual painted-roof that make it beautiful and attractive. Is located in a square with the Presidential Residence and the European building, just in the historical centre of Zagreb (Upper Town).Unfortunetly was not opened to see the inside of this church.
