It´s understandable that children can´t climb on exibits but there is not a single ONE thing a child can touch in there. There could be replicas for kids (at least one vehicle in which they could enter, or at least touch it!!!!!), science experiments (they don` t have to be expensive to impress children and get science a little closer... We went here because I thought my husband would enjoy it. It was reasonably priced and very quiet when we went with some interesting assorted exhibits . However the mine isn't open till3pm and the Tesla experiments also take place after that! We finished looking round at lunchtime so missed out on some of the things he really wanted to... More

Took my 8 1/2 year old son here when we went to Zagreb for a weekend getaway in April, 2015. I had never been to a technical museum before, so I did not know what to expect, but I most certainly did NOT expect this !!!!!!!!!!!! WOW !!!!!!!!!!! This place had everything !!!!! It was huge, very inexpensive, and there... More

Went on a Saturday and didn't do our homework to know they closed at 1300. So we went back earlier on Sunday to see the remainder of the exhibits. For us the ground floor was the most interesting and took the longest to see. Most of the descriptions on the ground floor were in English. All exhibits on the 2nd... More

Too bad that this museum is located just outside the tourist flows but we are glad that we visited. We particularly liked the exhibition of inventions of Nikola Tesla

We went here to see the exhibit on Nichols Tesla, of which the Tesla car was named after. Unfortunately, the presentation was only given in Slovenian, but it was worth seeing. The tour on the coal mines was done in English. Other departments include Energy Transformation, Astronautics, Fire-fighting, Basics of Agriculture, and Croats in the fields of Natural Science and... Enjoyed the exhibits but the mine tour, Tesla exhibition & planetarium show were not available in English.
