The Parliament house in Bulgaria is not impressive, especially compared to Bucharest or Budapest. However, it's very easy to reach it because of its central location. On its front end, there are big letters saying "Unification creates power", and a beautiful statue of a man on horse - Alexander II, the Liberating Tzar.
