As a tour guide myself you can imagine that I am more strict in my judgment of other tour guides. Jadranka is simply excellent tour guide. Full of knowledge and very nice. My group from Israel enjoyed her immensely . Everybody praised her. I highly recommend her.

I engaged Jadranka for two day tours one, a walking and driving tour around Sarajevo, and two, a day trip to Mostar. I can throughly recommend this very knowledgeable lady who, together with Ahmed our driver, made my visit to Bosnia Herzegovina one of the best short trips of many that I have done. There is much ancient and modern... More

Our family did walking city tour of Sarajevo with Jadranka for around 1,5hours. Despite not so nice weather, she was waiting for us at agreed place and time. Her understanding of Sarajevo from many aspects is remarkable. I will for sure recommend her for anyone visiting this town.

We booked Jadranka for a 6 hour tour of Sarajevo based on the reviews on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed! We normally like exploring cities for ourselves, but would honestly recommend this private tour to any of our friends. With a knowledgeable and friendly guide like Jadranka we were able to see parts of the city (eg abandoned Olympic... More

This was a healing trip for me. Went Zagreb, Sarajevo, Dubrovnik and Kotor, Montenegro. I served as a United Nations Peace Keeper with the Canadian Army in Sarajevo in 1994 through the war. I wanted to return and see what's improved in the city. I was impressed. It gave me some closure. Dubrovnik and Kotor were gorgeous. The old walled... More

Our expectations of Jadranka Susser were very high based on the other Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed! She met us as agreed and we began our half day tour by car so that we could see some of the historic panoramas of the area. It was foggy so we skipped the springs, and headed east instead. Fascinating insights... More

I found Jadranka on facebook when I was looking for more info about Sarajevo. She immediately gave me info and more and she pushed my curiosity very far, I had to come to Sarajevo, definitely! :-) We then met in Sarajevo months later as planned and we had a really fine and instructive day with a passionate guide who knows... Jadranka met our group on two occasions in Sarajevo and provided a relaxed, insightful view of history and culture. We took a minibus and visited loads of interesting places at a relaxed pace and everyone enjoyed her company, she even spoke Czech to me:) I highly recommend her as a guide in Bosnia.

We came to Sarajevo in order to witness the after effects of recent war. Having lived through the siege, Jadranka was able to give background and personal stories that might have otherwise left our experience lacking. Her explanations were all touched with the authenticity of a well educated witness. Jadranka was able to color each important site with detailed explanations... More
