very surprised an ancient church survived the communist regime, and specially at the main square neighboring to the soviet parliament and city council.It works everyday and you may attend the services in different languages. must see

It is a Catholic church, religion is not very conventional in this region that has the most orthodox. Very beautiful, arrived in red brick and neo-Roman architecture. I recommend the visit.

The building itself is very nice. Interior is very simple in comparison with Italian cathedrals. Due to its central location, it deserves a visit.

need to see this fabulous place and all area around Minsk is a really good place to be the tourist nice food and nice people

The Catholic Church of St. Simon and Helena is a sample of monumental architecture of the early 20th century. It was built by Edward Wojnilowicz and his wife in order to immortalize memory of their children. Such a beautiful place in the heart of the city, which I advice everyone to visit! It's unique and fascinate all your attention, when you stay at the Nezalezhnosti Avenue, despite the fact, that around a large number of lovely sights. This church is a symbol of the city. It has remained unruined after the WWII, and now it's the central church for Belarusian catholics.
