Most beautiful on 9 may parade, place of govermental speeches, in cold weather you can warm a little near eternal flame :)

Victory Square is a lovely space with a 3 story mall underneath. It has a lovely catholic church on one of the corners. I toured the city of Minsk with a wonderful guide, Andrei Burdenkov. it was well worth the money and not expensive $75. He helped me with planning the entire trip. website. minskguide.travel

As all war memorials is sad to read and observe that is conmemorating a fact of a war at a cost of somebodies life... Is a soviet style monument... Bronce and stone, with ethernal fire. Is in a roundabout and surrounded of magnificent buildings ...
