What a dangerous,hostile and filthy,dirty place....this "market" in Mogadiscio,Somalia was.I wasthere with the Italian Red Cross in 1995.It was and I am sure still is a gun and weapon filled outdoor hell hole.It was filthy,strewn with garbage and live animals,i.e.,camels,chickens and goats being slaughtered right in front of you.Blood all over the floor,animals parts and guts thrown in piles everywhere... more
