Denarau beach is located in port Denarau, near Nadi. It is just a regular beach with newly made holiday houses and resorts. The views are sure pretty, but the beach itself is regular and "fixed" for tourists.

Lovely views but not suitable for snorkelling. As it is muddy/volcanic sand. Make sure you stay on an island as we'll to give you a varied stay in Fiji.

This is NOT a swimming beach. The water is grey as a so is the sand. It also has quite a lot of diesel fuel floating in it. I'd say it's a bit better in front of the Sheraton as it's the original five 5 star hotel but at the Hilton it's even worse as it's closer to the port.... More

yes Fiji is a stunning place but you need to venture out to the other islands to see the true beauty, you need to research the islands history to understand why its not what you see in the postcards and pictures yet the near by islands are amazing we have been coming for years and i doubt in my life... A wonderful family place to visit. Although things are priced very highly it's a wonderful experience to share.

Nothing better than a walk on the beach at sunset enjoying the relaxed lifestyle in the tropical paradise that is Fiji.

Access is great along boardwalk or via hotels. Stop and enjoy the restaurant near Sheraton. Water sports activities at your finger tips. Great stroll in the evening to enjoy sunset.

Denarua Beach is best at low tide. You get to see it them while you lying on your resort banana beach chair. All the resorts have plenty of swimming pools so the beach is really not a issue.Don't let the lack of beach be the reason you miss this coast. There is plenty of thing to entertain you on all... Poped in on our way back to the airport on our final day in Fiji. Apart from a small shopping centre with overpriced food was glad that we didn't book the family holiday there when we had the chance. If you're expecting beaches and resorts you will be disappointed. If you're after high-rise accommodation and having to reach deep into... More
