My wife and I were looking for a unique experience while in Ollantaytmbo last month. Initially, we contacted another company based on a lower price point, but were told that they had been booked. As someone who has been afraid of horses since a very early age, I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend a lot of money on... More

This is my first tripadvisor review and well deserved!! My husband and I visited Pablo's ranch for a horseback riding tour to Maras, Moray, and Salineras. On the website it indicated that from start to finish it would be about an 5-6 hr tour (well worth the $185/person since it included lunch and drinks throughout the day). However we ended... More

Being a chef, caterer and a restaurateur can take a toll if no breaks are taken! after a year of operating my restaurant I decided to take a short vacation to relax, I felt the need to reconnect with myself and get my energy back together to come back full force! My friend suggested Salineras Ranch and I followed her... More

I think all these five star ratings have gone to Pablo's head. My wife and I were looking into the typical touristy give-me-a-taste-of-everything at Salineras Ranch for our upcoming trip to Peru. Pablo responded quickly with a good selection of activities, but the lunch was quoted as $40/person (even though the website stated $25/person). I don't know if it was... More

Dear Trip advisor community We believe that there was a misunderstanding with Mr & Mrs Hoogendam but never a mistreatment. We are not that kind of people, our 152 reviews in this web page and in different travel guides during six years of experience can tell about it. We explained to them that lunch menu had changed from a picnic... More

TL;DR One of the best experiences from our entire trip. Pablo is an incredibly genuine person with a great vision and has developed an amazing retreat in the Sacred Valley. My friend and I were looking for a horseback riding tour that would be able to accommodate our travel schedule for a reasonable price and still give us a decent... More

I had such an amazing time at the ranch that I created a tripadvisor account just to leave this review! I recently went to Peru for 9 days and booked a one day horse back riding tour during our time in Sacred Valley. The first thing I noticed when my friend and I got to the ranch was that the... More

My husband and I spent 2 days riding and three nights staying at the lodge. Pablo arranged for us to be picked up at the Cusco airport and driven directly to the lodge. The food was great as were the horses and his staff. Fresh coffee was roasted and ground daily. He arranged a private chocolate demonstration one afternoon. We... More

My husband and I recently visited Peru for our honeymoon and were looking to do something adventurous. I have never ridden horses before, let alone in the mountains so I was very nervous. However, Pablo walked with me and guided my horse up part of the mountain until I was comfortable and secure. His patience and passion to share his... More

What a great experience! What made this tour a stand out was the exceptional care Pablo puts into his horses and the safety of his guests (it was just me, my husband and tween age son). He doesn't mess around or suffer fools when it comes to respecting the horses. I call this out because we'e been on several horseback... More
