We received good information from the people in this office, they organised a very reliable and friendly taxi driver to drive us to Moray & Salinas. His name was Jesus Gerrado Calcino Yana. Jesus acted as a tour guide and provided us with plenty of relevant information on various sites, etc

Do not expect a lot of information. This is just a guy sitting at a desk handing out a local map. Do your own research before you arrive.

Didn't expect much, and therefore wasn't disappointed :) The only useful thing they provide is a good map of the area, and that only is worth a visit (since you're already around...)

The staff here were not all that interested in helping us although there was noone else there at the time. Gave us the basic information but were not friendly.

The title says it all - sometimes unattended. When it is the person seems reluctant to give out info. The place is also used for other functions so it can get crowded but not for tourism reason.

It would be completely useless if they didn't provide a map of the town and area, which is helpful during your stay. The young girls there were unfriendly and gave out a rack of misinformation about the tourist ticket and prices. Too bad-our only negative encounter during our stay in Peru.

Lots of good i formation is provided at this center. And if you are traveling around the Sacred Valley for a few days, as we did, you can buy an entrance pass to most of the valley's attractions.

We were staying for 2 whole days in Ollantaytambo so were keen for information eg other sights to see out of town, transport to them etc. Unfortunately no one was really able to help us. Fortunately we had some idea of what we wanted so arranged it all ourselves without their help. We took a taxi toMoray and the Salineras... More

After arriving in Ollantay, naturally we presumed the tourist information center was the place to start. When we entered there must have been half a dozen people sitting around chatting, and completely ignoring us. I made may way to the desk and asked the totally disinterested woman there for tourist information. She handed me a map and went back to... More

A good place to get your information and map. Even though it's a small town but I'm glad to get the map here. You can get someone who speak English here too.
