There is a little gem of a pub just above the city streets at the east end of the plaza in barranco. It is frequented by local limeans, but gringos are warmly welcomed too. Don't go to Bierhaus. It is this overly populated bar/club that discrimiates against people based on their skin color. If you are light-skinned or a white gringo, you wont be bothered. However, if you happened to be a darker-skinned Peruvian or gringo - you will be barred from entry and asked to pay a cover. I understand that many bars... more
