These gourmet culinary tours in Lima were designed so that visitors explore the local cuisine, culture and traditions while being treated like royalty in the City of Kings. All in one day, we take visitors to a local market, secret garden cafes, and Lima’s landmark restaurants where they will prepare Peru's flagship dish and drink - Cebiche and the Pisco Sour - as they wind through the city's most emblematic districts. « less

I have to say, this really was a superb few hours and worth every penny. Our host Davide was extremely friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English which really helped as my Spanish is not up to where it should be! From organic Peruvian coffees to creating and eating Cheviche it was engaging and interesting from start to finish, and it... More

I'm so glad I signed up for this tour. I often hate tours; being led around like sheep, or worse, when the tour guide has side deals with merchants on the tour route, and there’s pressure to spend extra money. The Lima Gourmet Company guys did not ask for one additional cent. Everything was included. These guys really take good... More

Lucas picked us up in a beautiful van and was wonderfully polite, charming, and funny. We hit 4 wonderful restaurants and had incredible food, drinks, and conversation. The tour (night tour) was first class all the way and I HIGHLY recommend it to all. What a great time!

Expensive but worth it, host Lucas knew his stuff and from the moment he picked us up, it was clear this tour was going to be special, with regular Pisco sours to complement the food, highly recommended!

I had a great time on this tour! The guide was wonderful and the tour included a nice mix of points of interest, like the Bridge of Sighs and Huaca Pucallana, with food stops - we started with coffee, had a milkshake, then tried fruits at the market, followed by a variety of appetizers - and then the cooking class... We met this lovely couple the last time we were in Peru. We have taken food tours all over the world and this was the best one ever. We enjoyed it so much we are returning in a month with our two adult children and going on the tour again. This couple make you feel llike you are family!!! Great... More

As a single it is a bit difficult to know if the tour you are going on will work for just one. This was great. There were only 2 people on my tour - both of us single women. The guide was very enthusiastic and easy to follow. I enjoyed the variety of food type things we did from seeing... More

We chose this attraction for our one day in Lima because of the rave reviews in Trip advisor and we were far from disappointed. Lucas met us in good time in the hotel and we then went on to try a variety of Peruvian food and drink. We failed at the Pisco Sour competition but our ceviche was the best... More

I live here in Peru but have never had the opportunity to make my own ceviche. The class started on time (which is an amazing feat by itself) and the staff was really friendly. The pisco making was fun and interactive. The ceviche was delicious and educational. The only bad part was that they really don't share the full recipe... More

Samatha & Lucas are wonderful ambassadors for the Peruvian culture and its gastronomy. It was a great visit walking and exploring and experiencing the various flavors of the country. Our Canadian group was more than happy to be in the warm weather and tasting the various delights of Peru!
