Right next to the new national stadium is this water park containing different water fountains that you can walk around, underneath and even into. I think it's only open at night which is when most people come. It's very safe and perfect for taking photos. It's also fairly easy to get to as it's right next a Metro bus terminal...

a world class collection of fountains, at least 11. Only open in the evening.
Only 4 Soles to enter (less than $2). Certainly worth the effort to visit.
Quite lovely.

While visiting Lima, make time to visit the Circuito Magico del Agua at the Parque de la Reserva. Some tour companies offer tours for this attraction - but don't bother. Just ask your cab driver to drive you to the Parque de la Reserva and he will know exactly why you are going there. The park opens at 3pm and...
