Great works of art all throughout with a beautiful courtyard in the center. One room features many important religious works of art including a gigantic golden cross ornament (don't remember the name of it) made with some 300 or so pearls. Simply amazing to look at. Only 10 soles for admission.

The Church and Convent of Our Lady of Mercy is a fantastic cathedral and a wonderful place to visit. The Cathedral has numerous beautiful works of art and also a beautiful choir. A tour of the cathedral takes approximately 30 minutes and it costs about $10 USD to enter.

The cloister in the church museum can rival anything in Europe - it's a baroque masterpiece. A small chapel to the side has Interesting and well-restored 17th century frescoes. One of the unique items in the Treasury is a menorah, which, according to the display notes, was donated by the Jewish community.
