The last review is way off. Sure it seems like an incomplete set of rocks because it is 75% destroyed by the Spaniards and Cusco government. Compared to Machu Picchu, Sacsayhuaman (pronounced unusually like sexy woman) seems like a pile of rocks and much more of a tourist trap. It's definitely worth seeing because it is huge, but I couldn't really see that it was supposed to be a puma.
