Al Toth, the teacher is a really cool guy, with plenty of experience teaching people from beginner to advanced level. Your day will definitely be better and you will feel energised specially at 3400 meters above sea level His class is can be really intense as relaxed at the same time, definitely worth a visit if you are in cuzco... I am a Columbus based yoga teacher (500RYT). I had a wonderful time practicing yoga with Al. He is not just teaching his yoga but living it too! We had a private together and not only did I learn some fun new ways of teaching old poses, but Al also helped me to navigate the restaurants and shopping in Cusco... More

This is an ok yoga studio if you are a beginner 15 soles donation although the class is painstakingly slow and given by an American guy who tries to give the class in very broken Spanish - There are some better ones in San Blas (Yoga Inbound on Carmen Alto although the day I went they arrived about 20 minutes... More

We are staying in Cusco for one month and one of the best parts is a yoga class every day with Al Toth at Free Spirit Peru Yoga.
