My husband and I booked a three days with David and were very happy with the result. We were guided by Fernando, one of three guides in David's group. We asked for hiking in the mountains as well as the Machu Picchu day and Fernando took us over a pass near Pisac that was breathtaking both literally (14,600 feet) and... More

We were a group of four people. David was not available to bring us around but his deputy was excellent. I was a little worried about communication issues as the fluency of his english in our email correspondence was not very strong. It turned out that I was worried for nothing as his deputy spoke good english and was very... More

Do not hesitate to book through this company. My husband and I booked a full day tour to Pisac, Ollaytantambo, and an alpaca farm and agreed that it was the best day we spent in the Sacred Valley. David was SO informative and any question we threw at him about the amazing Incan history, he was able to answer. In... More

The great...he was reliable, he smartly organized our tour so that we missed all the crowds, getting to Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chincero, and he knew his stuff about all our stops, including some quick side stops that were very helpful. The so-so...we didn't find out until after the fact that the restaurant he took us to was a restaurant he... More

David did a two-day personal tour of the Sacred Valley for us two middle aged ladies. It was a highlight of our trip. We saw the various sites (which are very cool) with basically just us since we went against the tour bus traffic. We got to customize our itinerary - less shopping. We got to visit a private home... Everything written about David is true. He was reliable knowledgeable and helpful. We spent two days with him touring sites in the Sacred Valley. The third day he had us led by Rojo who is also excellent. David knows what great service is all about and lived up to and surpassed my expectations. I would definitely tour with him again... More

The boyfriend and I (25 & 30 years old) backpacked through Peru at the end of September 2013. To truly appreciate the Incas, the history of Peru and Peruvian lifestyle, one must take their time through the Sacred Valley. This feedback was from the numerous books I read, online travel sites, and people I know who just came back from... More

A friend and I spent 6 days in and around Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Despite over 2 millions miles of travel, I had never hired a private guide (though others had when I was on business trips), and I went to TripAdvisor for recommendations. I read many, but settled on David because of the consistent message over... More

David took my son on I on private tours for four days in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. We really enjoyed our time with David. He is extremely knowledgable about the history and culture of the area. We've hired a lot of private guides for our travels and David is really one of the very best.

We hired David for multiple tours and services; airport pickup, Cusco tour, transport to hotel in Urubamba, Sacred Valley Tour, Salt Pan and Moray tour, and transportation to the airport. This spanned parts of four days and the total fee was $530. This was for three people and full transportation services. Our desire was to have someone “take care of... More
