We contracted with Carlitos for a 2 days trek in Canyon del Colca and we have been really happy from A to Z with the service provided. The explained tour was exactly what was delivered. Our guide, Jean, was a very professionnal young french speaking Peruvian and we have been extremely happy with him. We were the only couple he... More

We had an amazing tour of the Colca Canyon thanks to our guide Jean. Beforehand, Carlitos met us at our hotel and informed us of everything we would be receiving on the tour, which was very helpful as we knew what to expect. Our guide Jean was very friendly, knowledgable and attentive to all our needs. We definitely felt that... More

My partner and I met Carlitos at our hotel in Arequipa and he gave us a through explanation of what to expect for the tour, and gave us tips on what to pack/bring, etc... It was hard to get in touch with him first, and after several emails and apologies from him we had a good start. Our tour guide... More

I choose Carlitos tours for our Colca Canyon unconventional tour for my in laws and husband based on reviews from trip advisor. Honestly, I was not disappointed. Our tour guide Jean did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we had all we need. We absolutely love the tour! Jean, Scott and... More

Carlitos Tours gets its rating based on our guide Jean Carlos. The trek itself was good, day 1 was about twice as long as we anticipated (12km instead of 6km) with stunning views and a chance to see Andean Condors in flight. Day 2 was straight up the side of the canyon. Our guide Jean Carlos has a wealth of... More

I completed the 2d/1n long trek of the Colca Canyon a few weeks ago and it was a blast! The tour itself was a challenging and exciting adventure that I would recommend only to those who are in pretty good physical condition and enjoy challenging hikes. The manager of the tour came to me the day before and filled me... More

Our guide Remi was very helpful, he knew a lot about the region since he grew up there, passionate about inca culture, and generally fun to hike with. Carlito was very kind and even offered us a ride to the airport for free since we didnt have time to do the tour of Arequipa city. We highly recommend these guys!

I will try to differentiate my opinion of the delivery of the tour itself from my opinion of the tour as they are rather different. The only issue that we had with the company itself was communication. Apparently their website was hacked a while ago and now it is more secure than my bank's website. As a result it is... More

We booked a 3-day trip into the Colca Canyon and were really satisfied. Carlos visited us before the trip in the hostel and explained us everything. I would recommend the 3 day trek even though you get picked up at 3:00 am from your hotel. The 2 day tour would have been too rushed and no time to relax. The group consisted of the two of us and Jean our guide. Carlitos Tours bends over backwards to make sure you have the best experience possible. We... More
