I signed up for a day trip to Ingapirca from Cuenca and it was really excellent, despite the cold, rainy weather we had. Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable and very personable, offering a lot of really interesting perspective on Cuenca's history and culture, in addition to the informative explanations of the Ingapirca site itself. We had lunch at a... More

I booked 2 day trips from Cuenca (Cajas & Ingapirca) as well as a last minute 4-day trip to the Galápagos Island. I've had an amazing time & would absolutely recommend the agency!! My day trips were great: both guides I had were impressively well informed, spoke great english & a lot of fun. The food was great and the... More

My husband, 6 yr old daughter, and I very much enjoyed 4 days in Cuenca. On our own we took in hot springs in Banos, local museums & shopping, and visited the zoo. Terra Diversa was instrumental in helping us to explore outside of the city: Cajas National Park, horseback riding in a rural indigenous village, & Ingapirca. We were... More

While in Cuenca we booked two day tours, Saturday in Cajas and Sunday to Ingapirca. The trips were well planned out with lunch to end the day. Our tour guides Milton (Cajas) and Adrien (Ingapirca) were so nice and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend either one for your tours. They spoke excellent English and also helped me with my spanish! I... More

Friends of mine from the US recommended that I use TerraDiversa to book a trip to the Galapagos Islands. I'm so glad that I did! Not only was it was much cheaper than going through a US travel agenda, the service I received was excellent. Our travel agent, Flavia, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we went back... One of the best ways to experience the country side! Beautiful views from the mountains and valleys. Gustavo was our horse riding guide! He is patient, friendly, knowledgeable and fully bilingual (Spanish and English). Gustavo picked us up and then took us to Hacienda Tortorillas where we went in a little cabana while he set up the horses...beautiful horses! We... More

We booked the tour through their downtown Cuenca office the day before. The lady at the desk was very friendly and suggested different tour options for us. We booked a group tour but when we were picked up by the guide the next morning we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the group was just the 3 of us. Our... More

I would like to commend my guide Edy for giving a great trip, both as guide and driver. He was extremely knowledgable of the Azuay Province and took care to show inform us of the key sights on the way to La Nariz del Diablo as well as Ingapirca. His knowledge showed through especially during the trip to Ingapirca. He... More

We went in to get some information about flights and we managed to book all our internal flights in South America. Andrea was the girl who helped us, she was extremely professional, patient, helpful and kind. I highly recommend Terra Diversa to any tourist! Amazing experience!

We gad an amazing day with Adrien riding bikes (25km) to Ingapirca. It was a beautiful ride through the countryside with one of the most engaging guides of our two week trip. After an interesting tour of the ruins, we had a delicious dinner at a restaurant right near the ruins. It was One of the most expensive tours we... More
