I booked a tour to Galapagos Islands at this office and it was an excellent service. Andrea helped me to find the Galapagos tour that fitted the most my requirements! I would recommend this agency to all people that are thinking of doing a trip in Ecuador. Besides good advice, they are always very friendly and easily accessible!

I'm always looking for great hikes I can do with my family (including baby and a toddler) which will take us away from the city but not prove too challenging for the kids. TerraDiversa helped us select a great spot in Cajas that was perfect for the entire family, followed by a delicious meal. We booked a private tour with... More

We booked a couple of day trips with TerraDiversa. Andres in the office was prompt in his responses and was able to accommodate our requests. For our trip to Ingapirca and the Devil's Nose Train, our guide Juan Sebastien was excellent. He was very personable, full of great information both about the places we were going and about Cuenca and... More

We had a great day trip in El Cajas. Our guide Milton was very professional and friendly. We learnt a lot about nature and had a good time trekking in the beautiful national park. Our one night stay in Hacienda Totorillas was very pleasant and relaxing. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the fresh local food and the unforgettable horseback... More

We had planned to take the local bus and walk around Lago Toreador as hiking any further seemed too daunting. Instead we took a day trip with TerraDiversa and were really pleased we did. Firstly you get to see three different parts of the park. Secondly, we did a great 2.5 hour hike from Lago Toreador via the paper tree... More

We spent a fair bit of time with TerraDiversa staff in their office in Cuenca exploring Cuenca and Galapogas options. Due to the late date in our travels, they were not able to accommodate our Galapogas travel, but they tried many variations, trying to make it work for us. I did take a one day hiking tour to the Cajas... More

TerraDiversa accommodated all my needs. They have beautiful horses. This is a true adventure in every sense of the word... exploring the mountains, towns, people of the region. My guide, Fernando taught me a lot about the horses, the region, flora and fauna and the culture. I was surprised to spend two days with someone with broad experience and knowledge... More

I signed up for a day trip to Ingapirca from Cuenca and it was really excellent, despite the cold, rainy weather we had. Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable and very personable, offering a lot of really interesting perspective on Cuenca's history and culture, in addition to the informative explanations of the Ingapirca site itself. We had lunch at a... More

I booked 2 day trips from Cuenca (Cajas & Ingapirca) as well as a last minute 4-day trip to the Galápagos Island. I've had an amazing time & would absolutely recommend the agency!! My day trips were great: both guides I had were impressively well informed, spoke great english & a lot of fun. The food was great and the... More

My husband, 6 yr old daughter, and I very much enjoyed 4 days in Cuenca. On our own we took in hot springs in Banos, local museums & shopping, and visited the zoo. Terra Diversa was instrumental in helping us to explore outside of the city: Cajas National Park, horseback riding in a rural indigenous village, & Ingapirca. We were... More
